Depositing Funds

Add funds to your Accnest wallet to start buying. There are 2 ways: bank card or crypto transfer.

Option 1: Visa / Mastercard

The simplest method — similar to topping up any digital payment app.

Step 1: Go to Wallet → Add Funds → Bank Card.

Step 2: Enter the amount you'd like to add (in USD).

Step 3: Fill in your Visa or Mastercard details.

Step 4: Confirm payment.

Step 5: Funds arrive in your wallet within 2–5 minutes.

Processing fee is approximately 3–4% (charged by our payment partner, not Accnest). Depositing a larger amount at once is more cost-effective than multiple small top-ups.

Secure: Your card details are processed by our international payment partner — Accnest never stores your card number. It works the same as any standard card payment on a major e-commerce platform.

Option 2: Crypto Transfer (USDC)

If you already have USDC on an exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, OKX...) or in another crypto wallet.

Step 1: Go to Wallet → Add Funds → Crypto.

Step 2: The system displays your wallet address and a QR code. Click to copy.

Step 3: On your exchange or crypto wallet, send USDC (on the Base network) to the address you just copied.

Step 4: Funds arrive in your wallet within 1–2 minutes.

⚠️ Important: Send only USDC on the Base network. Sending the wrong token or using the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds. If you're unsure, send a small test amount first.

💡 Automatic Gas: If your wallet has USDC but not enough ETH to cover transaction fees, the system will automatically convert 0.1 USDC into ETH the next time you log in. No action needed — Accnest handles this silently in the background.

Your Deposited Funds Are Yours

Funds go directly into your wallet — Accnest doesn't hold them. Withdraw at any time, even before making a purchase.

Unlike many platforms — no matter what happens to Accnest, the funds in your wallet remain yours and are always accessible.

💡 Quick Questions

How long does a card top-up take? 2–5 minutes. Occasionally longer if your bank requires additional verification.

I only have a debit card — will it work? You need a Visa or Mastercard (with the Visa/MC logo on the card). Standard ATM-only debit cards without a Visa/MC network aren't supported.

What if I accidentally sent the wrong token? Funds may be lost. Only send USDC on the Base network. If you sent the wrong token, contact support — but recovery is not guaranteed.
