FAQ — Sellers
Do I need approval before I can start selling? No. Once you create a product, it goes live on the marketplace immediately. No admin review, no deposit required.
When do I receive payment? After the review window (24–72 hours depending on the product) passes without a dispute → funds are automatically released to your wallet. If the buyer confirms early → funds arrive immediately. No requests to submit, no one to wait for.
What is the fee? Can it change? Default 5%. Fees are built into the system — Accnest cannot adjust them behind your back without leaving a traceable record. Any fee changes are publicly recorded.
Can Accnest read my inventory? All inventory credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted at the exact moment of delivery to a paying buyer. Accnest is committed to never using your inventory contents for any other purpose.
What if a buyer opens a fraudulent dispute? Do I have evidence? Yes. Delivery records are captured automatically — timestamps that can't be faked. You have 48 hours to respond with your evidence. Admins review evidence from both sides. Every decision has a paper trail — nothing is handled behind closed doors.
How does the penalty system work? Can I appeal? Violations 1–2: warning. Violation 3: fee doubled. Violation 4: fee tripled. Violation 5: account banned. Penalties are recorded in the system — not left to admin discretion. A successful appeal clears the penalty back to zero.
Do I need identity verification to withdraw? No. Withdraw to any crypto wallet at any time, no KYC, no business bank account required.
Can Accnest ban my account without a reason? Account bans only happen after 5 violations (through a clear, transparent process). Your violation history is visible to you. You can appeal. And even if banned — your wallet balance is always withdrawable.
Can Accnest change the fees without notice? Any fee or configuration changes by Accnest must be publicly recorded. No hidden adjustments — you and anyone else can verify them.
Can I sell if I'm outside the US? Yes. Accnest is a global marketplace — it operates in any country with no geographic restrictions or paperwork requirements.
What if a buyer doesn't confirm receipt and doesn't open a dispute? After the review window expires, funds are automatically released to your wallet. A buyer doing nothing = the system treats it as acceptance.
Is the revenue data on my dashboard accurate? Yes. Revenue figures, completed orders, dispute rates — all are real data, not processed through any intermediary.
Can I manage my shop from my phone? Yes. Besides the website, you can use the Telegram Mini App at @Accnest_Bot — manage your shop, view orders, and receive notifications right inside Telegram without opening a computer.
Can I sell accounts I created myself? Yes — accounts you self-registered and legally own are allowed. What's prohibited is selling stolen, hijacked, or fake accounts, or accounts containing another person's real personal data. Trading in others' personal data is illegal and may result in significant legal consequences.
How does Accnest detect whether what I'm selling is legitimate? The system combines automated checks and community reports. Buyers can report suspected violations — which forms the basis for action against sellers. If reported for selling illegal accounts, Accnest will investigate and apply the penalty process.
Can I sell bank accounts or payment accounts? No. Selling financial accounts (bank accounts, e-wallets, credit/debit cards) is illegal and may constitute facilitation of fraud. Accnest will immediately ban the account and cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.
