Receiving Your Order
Once you've made a purchase, how you receive your order depends on the seller's delivery type. There are 2 types:
Instant Delivery ⚡ — Receive Immediately, No Waiting
The account details (email, password, license key, etc.) appear on your screen right after you confirm payment — within seconds.
You'll find the information on the order detail page. Copy and save it right away.
If the system can't deliver (e.g., out of stock or a technical error) → the funds are automatically refunded to your wallet. No action needed on your part, no need to contact anyone.
💡 Tip: Copy the account details as soon as you receive them. Save them somewhere safe — Accnest doesn't store this information after delivery.
Manual Delivery 🕐 — Seller Sends Via Chat
For products that require preparation (services, customized accounts, etc.), the seller sends the information to you through the order chat within their committed timeframe (shown on the product page).
You'll receive a notification when the seller delivers. Go to the order detail page to view and access the information.
If the seller doesn't deliver on time → the system automatically refunds you. No need to chase the seller or wait for anyone to process it — fully automatic.
✅ Secure: Messages between you and the seller are encrypted to protect the account credentials you receive.
After Receiving — Inspect Carefully
Regardless of delivery type, you have 24 to 72 hours (depending on the product) to inspect your order. During this window:
Log in and test the account
Verify that everything matches the description
If all good → confirm receipt (or leave it — the system auto-confirms when the window expires)
If there's an issue → open a dispute right away
Throughout the review window, funds remain held — the seller hasn't received anything yet.
💡 Quick Questions
I received my order but forgot to confirm — what happens? No worries. After the review window (24–72 hours), the system automatically confirms and releases payment to the seller. If the order is fine, nothing is affected.
Can I view the account details again after the fact? Yes. Go to Dashboard → Orders → click on the specific order to view the delivery information again.
Which is safer — instant or manual delivery? Both offer the same level of protection. Instant delivery is faster. Manual delivery takes time while you wait for the seller, but if they miss the deadline, you'll still receive an automatic refund.
