Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using Accnest.io ("Accnest", "the platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by all terms below.

1. About the Service

Accnest is a marketplace for digital goods — including digital accounts, software tools, and digital services. Accnest acts as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers, using an automated payment protection system to safeguard both parties.

Accnest is not the seller. We provide the platform — sellers are solely responsible for the products they list.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Accnest. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit or game the system may result in all associated accounts being banned.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate login information and keeping your account secure. Accnest is not liable for any loss of access resulting from a security failure on your part.

3. Buyer Rules

3.1 Buyer Obligations

  • Review the product within the dispute window (24–72 hours depending on the product)

  • Confirm receipt when the order matches the description, or open a dispute if there is a problem

  • Provide honest evidence when opening a dispute

  • Do not use purchased products for any unlawful purpose

3.2 Prohibited Buyer Actions

  • Filing fraudulent disputes (receiving a correct order but claiming otherwise to get a refund)

  • Using products for fraud, theft, or sabotage

  • Sharing purchased products with others (unless the seller explicitly permits it)

  • Attempting to contact the seller outside Accnest to circumvent the protection system

Buyers agree to use products purchased on Accnest only for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use any purchased account or tool to commit fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity under applicable laws.

4. Seller Rules

4.1 Seller Obligations

  • Describe products honestly, accurately, and completely

  • Deliver on time (for manual delivery products)

  • Ensure stock is valid and working at the time of sale

  • Respond to disputes within 24 hours with supporting evidence

  • Honor any warranty stated in the product description

4.2 Prohibited Seller Actions

  • Listing products in prohibited categories (see Section 5)

  • Misrepresenting products (wrong quality, wrong type, false features)

  • Selling fake, worthless, or expired products

  • Uploading duplicate stock (selling the same credentials to multiple buyers)

  • Using the platform to launder money or conduct fake transactions

  • Asking buyers to transact outside Accnest

  • Using abusive or offensive language in communications

Sellers bear full legal responsibility for the products they sell. Accnest does not review products before listing, but reserves the right to remove listings and take action against accounts upon discovering violations.

5. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited on Accnest. Violations will be acted on immediately.

5.1 Personal Accounts and Personal Data

The following are prohibited:

  • Other people's personal accounts — any account tied to another person's real identity (name, phone number, government-issued ID, personal email), including accounts verified with another person's identity documents

  • Bank accounts, payment accounts, e-wallets, and credit/debit cards — buying and selling payment accounts is a serious offense under financial fraud and identity theft laws in most jurisdictions and may result in criminal prosecution

  • SIM cards registered to another person's identity

  • Hacked, stolen, or compromised accounts — obtained through any means such as phishing, unauthorized access, or malware

  • Personal data — government IDs, passport scans, profile photos, addresses, phone numbers, medical records, or financial information belonging to others, in any form

  • Leaked data — exposed databases, stolen user lists, or scraped datasets

Important distinction: Accounts you created yourself, registered yourself, and legitimately own are permitted for sale. What is prohibited is selling stolen, hijacked, or compromised accounts — or accounts tied to another person's real identity.

5.2 Illegal Tools and Services

  • Hacking tools, malware, spyware, ransomware

  • DDoS services, spam services, phishing tools

  • Software cracks, unauthorized license key generators

  • Instructional material for committing crimes

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — no exceptions

  • Weapons, controlled substances, prescription drugs without authorization

5.3 Fraud and Scams

  • Fake or worthless products

  • Money laundering services or unauthorized money transfer services

  • Payment accounts created with fabricated identities

  • "Get rich quick" products that are actually scams

  • Identity verification forgery services

  • Any product intended to be used to defraud others

5.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyrighted software resold without authorization

  • Copyrighted content (books, courses, videos) distributed without permission

  • Online service accounts resold in violation of the original service's terms

5.5 Other Sensitive Content

  • Content promoting political extremism, religious hatred, or hate speech

  • Pornographic or obscene content

  • Products related to illegal gambling

  • Products impersonating government agencies or official organizations

Sellers and buyers who violate the above rules may face consequences both on Accnest (account ban) and under applicable laws, including:

  • Identity theft and data privacy laws: Trading, possessing, or distributing another person's personal data or account credentials is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions and can result in significant fines or imprisonment

  • Financial fraud laws: Buying or selling payment accounts, bank accounts, or financial instruments tied to another person constitutes financial fraud

  • Computer fraud and cybercrime laws: Unauthorized access, selling hacking tools, or distributing malware are federal and state criminal offenses in most jurisdictions

  • Fraud and theft statutes: Using purchased accounts or tools to defraud or steal from others carries serious criminal penalties

Accnest is required to cooperate with law enforcement authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request.

Note: This list is not exhaustive. Accnest reserves the right to add prohibited items at any time with public notice. If you are unsure whether your product is permitted, contact support before listing.

6.2 Immediate Bans for Serious Violations

6.3 Buyer Penalties

Buyers who violate the rules (fake disputes, illegal use of products, abuse of the system) are subject to the same penalty scale. Buyers who intentionally defraud sellers will be permanently banned.

6.4 Right to Appeal

You have the right to appeal any penalty decision. The process:

  1. Submit an appeal request with supporting evidence through support

  2. The team reviews within 72 hours

  3. If the appeal succeeds, the penalty is reset to zero

  4. Appeal decisions are recorded publicly

6.5 Your Funds When Banned

Even if your account is banned, any funds in your wallet remain yours. You retain the right to withdraw your balance after a ban. Accnest does not confiscate user funds.

7. Payments & Fees

7.1 Currency

All transactions on Accnest are denominated in USD and processed via USDC (a US dollar-pegged stablecoin).

7.2 Platform Fee

The default platform fee is 5% per transaction, deducted from the seller's proceeds. Fees are publicly disclosed — all changes are transparent, with no hidden adjustments.

7.3 Payment Protection (Escrow)

When a buyer makes a purchase, funds are held in the escrow system until the transaction is complete. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt or the dispute window closes without a dispute being opened.

7.4 Refunds

  • Seller fails to deliver on time: automatic refund to the buyer

  • Buyer wins a dispute: full or partial refund

  • Mutual agreement: funds split per the agreed ratio

8. Disputes

8.1 Right to Dispute

Buyers may open a dispute during the review window (24–72 hours) if the product does not match its description or is not functioning.

8.2 Process

  1. Buyer opens a dispute with a reason and evidence

  2. Funds are frozen

  3. Seller has 24 hours to respond

  4. Both parties attempt to reach a direct settlement

  5. If no agreement is reached: either party may request Accnest to intervene

  6. Accnest reviews the evidence and issues a final decision

8.3 Evidence

Delivery records (time, content) are logged automatically and cannot be tampered with by either party. All dispute decisions have a clear audit trail — there is no behind-the-scenes handling.

8.4 Accnest's Final Decision

In all disputes, Accnest's decision is final and binding on all parties. Both buyers and sellers agree to respect and comply with this decision as a condition of using the platform. Accnest commits to making decisions based on objective evidence, impartially and transparently.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Accnest (interface, logo, documentation) is owned by Accnest. You may not copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

Sellers own the content of the products they list and are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

10. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

10.1 Warranty Disclaimer

The Accnest service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Accnest makes no warranty that the service will operate continuously, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

10.2 Accnest Is Not Liable For

  • Product quality from sellers (Accnest is the platform, not the seller)

  • Losses caused by sending funds to the wrong wallet address on withdrawal

  • Losses caused by sharing your login credentials with others

  • USDC value fluctuations relative to other currencies

  • Service interruptions due to blockchain network congestion or force majeure events

10.3 Liability Cap

In all cases, Accnest's total liability to you shall not exceed the total platform fees you have paid to Accnest in the most recent 3-month period.

10.4 Accnest's Commitments

  • Operate the escrow system fairly and transparently

  • Resolve disputes based on evidence, without bias

  • Never change fees or configuration without public notice

  • Protect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Maintain your right to withdraw funds under all circumstances

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Accnest harmless from any claims, demands, or costs arising from your violation of these terms or your unlawful use of the service. Specifically, sellers are responsible if a third party brings a claim related to products they sold on Accnest.

12. Force Majeure

Accnest is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events outside its reasonable control, including: natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, blockchain network outages, changes in applicable law, or disruptions from infrastructure providers.

13. Termination

13.1 Voluntary Termination

You may stop using Accnest at any time. Withdraw any remaining funds from your wallet before deleting your account.

13.2 Termination by Accnest

Accnest may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly Sections 3, 4, and 5. The penalty process is described in Section 6.

In the event of termination, funds in your wallet remain yours and you retain the right to withdraw them.

14.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Users agree to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws under applicable national and international regulations. Accnest reserves the right to refuse or suspend transactions suspected of involving money laundering.

14.2 Sanctions Compliance

Accnest does not provide services to individuals or entities on international sanctions lists (OFAC, EU Sanctions, UN). Accounts identified as such will be suspended.

14.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Accnest is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

Accnest may update these terms. When significant changes occur:

  • You will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or an in-app notice

  • The new version will be posted with a clearly visible updated date

  • Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms

16. General Provisions

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accnest. No other oral or written agreements outside these documents shall have legal effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Accnest's failure to enforce any right at a given time does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

17. Security Incident Notification

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, Accnest will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, including: the nature of the incident, the type of data affected, and the remediation steps being taken.
