Creating Products

Products on Accnest follow a product group → pricing tiers model. Each group is a single marketplace listing that contains multiple tiers (variants) at different prices.

The Group → Tier Model

Example: you're selling Premium software accounts.

  • Product group: "XYZ Premium Account"

  • Tier 1: "1 month" — $3 — 50 in stock

  • Tier 2: "3 months" — $8 — 30 in stock

  • Tier 3: "1 year" — $25 — 10 in stock

Buyers visit the product page → see the shared description → pick a tier → buy.

The URL will be: accnest.io/product/premium-xyz (the group) and accnest.io/product/premium-xyz/1-month (a specific tier).

Steps to Create a Product

Step 1: Go to Dashboard → Products → Create New.

Step 2: Fill in the product group details.

  • Title — the name shown on the marketplace

  • Slug — auto-generated from the title (can be customized)

  • Description — detailed info about the product; buyers will read this

  • Category — Accounts / Tools / Services

  • Tags — keywords that help buyers find your listing

Step 3: Add pricing tiers. Each tier needs:

  • Tier name — e.g., "1 month", "Premium", "Bulk 10"

  • Price ($)

  • Min / max order quantity — buyers can order within this range

  • Delivery type:

    • Instant — system auto-delivers from your inventory. Requires uploading a CSV stock file.

    • Manual — you send via chat. Set a delivery deadline (e.g., 24h).

  • Review window — dispute window for buyers (24h, 48h, 72h, etc.)

Step 4: Upload inventory (for instant delivery) — see details at Upload Inventory.

Step 5: Submit. Product goes live on the marketplace immediately — no approval needed.

Managing Products After Publishing

  • Add new tiers to an existing product group

  • Update pricing for a tier — takes effect immediately

  • Pause / unpause individual tiers

  • Restock — upload more inventory for a specific tier

💡 Quick Questions

How many tiers can a product group have? No limit. But keeping it to 2–5 tiers makes for a cleaner layout.

Can I have both instant and manual tiers in the same product group? No — all tiers within a product group must use the same delivery type. If you need both, create two separate groups.

Will my product be deleted if it goes out of stock? No. The product auto-pauses — buyers see "Out of Stock". As soon as you restock, it goes live again.
