Your reputation on Accnest comes down to orders completed and buyers coming back. The review and penalty systems are designed to surface good sellers and filter out bad ones.
Genuine Reviews from Real Buyers
Only buyers who have completed an order can leave a rating — 1 to 5 stars plus a comment. No fake reviews, ever.
Ratings are shown on your seller profile and on each product listing. Buyers see before purchasing: total orders completed, average rating, and total number of reviews.
These numbers are real data — not figures generated by Accnest. The platform cannot inflate or manipulate your stats.

Trust Score & Seller Level
Beyond star ratings, Accnest also has a Trust Score (0–100) that evaluates your performance over the last 90 days, and a Level (1–8) that reflects your accumulated experience. Both are shown on your profile so buyers can assess you at a glance.

Penalty System — Transparent and Structured
Violations are handled on a clear escalating scale, not at anyone's discretion:
1st offense
Warning — recorded in the system
2nd offense
Warning — recorded in the system
3rd offense
Fee doubled (higher transaction fee)
4th offense
Fee tripled
5th offense
Permanent selling ban
Penalties are recorded in the system — an admin can't just ban you on a whim, and nothing is handled in secret. Your violation history is transparent.
Even if you receive a penalty or a ban, the funds in your wallet are still yours — still withdrawable. Accnest doesn't freeze your wallet.
Appeals
If you believe you were penalized unfairly, you can appeal. The admin reviews all the evidence again. A successful appeal → the penalty is removed and fees return to the default rate.
The appeals process is also recorded — nothing happens behind closed doors.
Verified Badge ✓
Verified sellers display a ✓ badge next to their name — buyers can see it immediately. The badge builds trust and typically improves conversion rates.
💡 Quick Questions
What if a buyer leaves a false or unfair review? Reviews can only be left by buyers who completed a purchase. If you believe a review is genuinely unfair, report it for admin review.
Do penalties expire? Penalties remain until an admin removes them (via a successful appeal). They don't expire on their own.
If I get banned, can I open a new account? Each wallet is tied to one account. A ban applies to that specific wallet.
