Buying on Accnest is as simple as shopping on any online marketplace — pick a product, pay, and receive your order. Your money is protected every step of the way.

Step 1: Find a product. Browse the Marketplace for what you need and click to view details.
Step 2: Choose a pricing option. Many products have multiple tiers — for example: "1 month — $3", "3 months — $8", "1 year — $25". Click the option you want.
Step 3: Set a quantity. Default is 1. If you need more, use the + / − buttons to adjust.
Step 4: Click "Buy Now". The system checks your wallet balance. If you have enough, confirm the purchase. If not, you'll be prompted to add funds.
Step 5: Confirm. One tap to confirm — no complex transaction signing, no extra fees.
Step 6: Receive your order. For instant delivery ⚡ — account details appear on screen right away. For manual delivery 🕐 — wait for the seller to send the info via chat within their stated timeframe.

After clicking "Buy Now" — your funds are protected
The moment you confirm a purchase, the funds are held by the system — they don't reach the seller yet. You pay upfront, but the system holds the funds until you've received your order — similar to how escrow works on any trusted marketplace.
The transaction is recorded permanently and cannot be deleted by anyone — including Accnest. The purchase time, amount, and delivery proof are all logged automatically. In any dispute, the truth doesn't depend on anyone's word.
After receiving — check before confirming
You have 24 to 72 hours to inspect your order (depending on the product). During this window:
Log in and test the account you received
Check that everything matches the description
If everything's fine → confirm receipt, or just leave it — the system auto-confirms when the window expires
If there's an issue → open a dispute right away — your funds are protected

If your wallet balance is insufficient
When you click "Buy Now" with insufficient funds, the system will notify you immediately and suggest adding more. Click "Add Funds" to top up, then come back and complete your purchase.

Can I cancel an order after confirming? Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. However, if the seller fails to deliver on time, you'll receive an automatic refund. If there's an issue with the product, open a dispute.

I paid but haven't received my order — what do I do? For instant delivery: if the system fails to deliver, a refund is automatically issued. For manual delivery: if the seller doesn't deliver within the timeframe, the system refunds you automatically. No need to contact anyone.
