Buyer Protection

This is the most important thing to know: your money is always protected when you shop on Accnest. The system is designed so you never lose money unfairly — whether a seller has bad intentions or something simply goes wrong.

How Your Money Is Protected

At every step, your funds stay within the protection system. The seller only gets paid when you're genuinely satisfied.

Funds Are Held — the Seller Can't Touch Them Yet

When you click "Buy Now", the funds leave your wallet and are held by the system — they don't reach the seller. You pay, but the funds are held in escrow until you confirm receipt.

The key difference: these rules aren't just written by Accnest staff who can change them whenever they feel like it. They're built directly into the system and run automatically. Even Accnest cannot alter them without leaving a public record.

Automatic Refund If You Don't Receive Your Order

Instant delivery (⚡): If the system can't deliver (inventory error, out of stock) → automatic refund, immediately. You don't need to do a thing.

Manual delivery (🕐): If the seller doesn't deliver within the committed timeframe → the system refunds you automatically. No need to chase the seller or wait for anyone to process it — fully automatic.

Review Window — Take Your Time

After receiving your order, you have 24 to 72 hours (depending on the product) to check it. During this window, funds are still held — the seller hasn't received anything yet.

Use this time to:

  • Log in and test the account

  • Verify that everything matches the description

  • Try out the promised features

If everything's good, you can confirm early — or just leave it, and the system will auto-confirm when the window expires.

💡 Tip: Check right when you receive your order. If something's wrong, open a dispute as soon as possible — you have time, but don't let it slip.

Disputes — Funds Frozen Immediately

If there's a problem with your order (wrong info, not working, doesn't match the description), you can open a dispute. The funds are immediately "frozen" — nobody can touch them until the issue is resolved.

The seller has 24 hours to respond. If both parties can't reach an agreement, an admin will review the evidence and decide: full refund to you, partial refund, or payment to the seller.

Every purchase is permanently recorded: the time of purchase, the amount, the delivery proof. Nobody — including Accnest — can edit or delete these records. In any dispute, the truth doesn't depend on anyone's word.

See full details at Opening a Dispute.

Bad Sellers Get Filtered Out Over Time

Accnest has 2 mechanisms to weed out bad sellers:

Scoring system — Every seller has a Trust Score (0–100), calculated from: order completion rate, delivery speed, dispute rate, and buyer reviews. This score updates continuously and is shown directly on product pages — you can tell at a glance whether a seller is reliable. Low-quality sellers earn low scores and get fewer buyers.

Penalty system — Violations are handled on an escalating scale:

  • 1st–2nd offense: Warning

  • 3rd offense: Fee ×2 — transaction fee doubles, profits drop sharply

  • 4th offense: Fee ×3 — transaction fee triples, nearly unprofitable

  • 5th offense: Permanent account ban

Both systems run automatically — nobody can bypass them if they want to. Over time, good sellers rise to the top and bad ones get pushed out.

💡 Quick Questions

Do I need to do anything to be protected? No. The system protects you automatically the moment you click "Buy Now". You only need to open a dispute if something goes wrong.

If I forget to confirm, will I lose my money? No. If you do nothing and don't open a dispute, the system will automatically release the payment to the seller after the review window. So make sure to check your order early — and open a dispute within the window if there's an issue.

Can Accnest change the protection rules without telling me? No. These rules are built into the system. Any changes are publicly recorded — you and anyone else can verify them.

Accnest strictly prohibits using products purchased on the platform for illegal purposes. Specifically:

  • Do not use purchased accounts for fraud, scams, or any criminal activity — this can result in serious legal consequences under applicable law.

  • Do not purchase bank accounts, payment accounts, or e-wallets — buying and selling financial accounts is illegal in most jurisdictions.

  • Do not purchase accounts belonging to other individuals (accounts linked to another person's real personal data, stolen or hijacked accounts) — this violates privacy and identity theft laws and can carry significant criminal penalties.

If you accidentally purchase an illegal account, open a dispute immediately — your funds are protected and Accnest will issue a refund. You are not held liable if you report it promptly.
