What Is Your Balance Used For?
Your wallet balance is used to buy products on Accnest. When you click "Buy Now", the amount is deducted from this balance.
If you don't have enough funds, the system will prompt you to add more.
Your Balance Belongs to You — Only You
The funds in your wallet are yours, held in your own wallet — not in a centralized Accnest account. No one else can access or use them.
It's like cash in a physical wallet: Accnest doesn't hold it, control it, or have authority over it. No matter what happens to Accnest, the funds remain yours and you can always withdraw them.
💡 Quick Questions
Does my balance get frozen when I make a purchase? When you buy, the funds move into the escrow system — they temporarily disappear from your available balance. If the order is refunded, the funds return to your balance.
Does my balance expire? No. Funds in your wallet never expire.
Can Accnest deduct money from my wallet without my action? No. Funds are only deducted when you actively initiate a purchase. Accnest cannot withdraw from your wallet on its own.
